Greek Pasta Salad w/ Chicken

Salad ingredients:
1 box Penne pasta
8 oz. precooked chicken, cubed
1 sm. red onion
1 can black olives
3-4 oz. crumbled feta cheese
Dressing ingredients:
¾ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dry basil
1 tsp. dry oregano
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic powder
1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil and add pasta. Stir frequently until tender (approx. 10-15 min.)
2. While pasta is cooking, slice olives, cut onion and make dressing.
3. To make dressing, combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix until well blended.
4. When pasta is done cooking, drain and rinse with cold water.
5. In a large bowl mix together pasta, onion, olives, chicken and ¾ of the feta.
6. Add dressing and toss to coat thoroughly.
7. Sprinkle remaining feta over the top.
8. Enjoy!
