You’ve been saying it for years and haven’t done anything about it. You’ve tried the diets and you’ve read article after article in hopes to find some miracle cure, but all for not. New Year’s resolution after another you’ve made the commitments, but nothing seems to last. Well it’s time to snap out of it, you want to do it. The feeling you’ll get out of doing something about your weight-loss and health will have tremendous impact on your life and may just change your life forever.

For permanent weight-loss there needs to be a lifestyle change. Bob Harper from the hit TV series, The Biggest Loser, said, “taking care of yourself does not happen in four weeks, eight weeks, or twelve weeks. It’s a lifestyle not a plan”.
This author has lost 10 lbs in the last month and with each step, every step has gotten better and better. With a combination of diet and exercise you can shed the weight and keep it off. Whether you wish you could get back your six-minute mile, or outrun your kids, or fit into that special outfit; I hope to give you the inspiration that you need to get “Back To Skinny”.
